Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate leads and close deals for Microsoft 365 licensing, managed IT services, and ISP-related offerings.
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored IT solutions with a strong presales approach.
  • Collaborate with technical and service delivery teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and virtual networking opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field (required).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in senior sales roles, preferably in the IT and managed services sector.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of in Microsoft 365 Licensing, Managed Services (MSP Experience is Essential) and Internet/ISP Products and Service
  • Solid understanding of presales processes and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the Company's IT security services
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Background in IT or related field is required.
  • Capacity to hit monthly target
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
