簡介

  • Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and meetings
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Prepare outgoing mail and courier packages
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Perform data entry, file management, and document preparation
  • Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative support as needed
  • Manage supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
  • Ensure compliance with office protocols and procedures

職位要求

  • Bachelors degree graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a law firm or professional office setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
