簡介

  • Managing front desk operations, providing support, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, Help Desk operations; strong English language skills; capable of data analysis and entry.
