- Train, mentor, and build a strong sales force that delivers outstanding results.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to optimize performance and drive success.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus!).
- Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams.
- 4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:
- Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals.
- Sales strategy development and execution.
- Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.
