簡介

  • Sells products by implementing sales plans.
  • Supervise sales force/networks.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new projects.
  • Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

職位要求

  1. Graduate of any 4 year course
  2. Amenable to work on-site in Makati and Tanza Cavite
  3. With minimum of 5 year experience as Sales Engineer in a Real Estate
