簡介
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records (e.g., contracts, invoices, reports)
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Marketing Assistance
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Prepare and update marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
- Support content creation for social media platforms, newsletters, and company website
- Maintain and update client and leads database (CRM systems)
- Conduct basic market research and comparative analysis
Other Duties
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Assist in organizing company events or community activities
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design or social media tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and flexible with a positive, can-do attitude
