簡介
- The Quality Associate ensures that all food products, hygiene practices, and service standards in the restaurant meet or exceed company and regulatory requirements.
- This role involves monitoring food preparation, conducting inspections, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting staff with training on quality standards.
職位要求
- College Graduate or equivalent (degree in food science, hospitality, or related field is a plus).
- 1+ years of experience in food service, hospitality, or a quality assurance role.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
