• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures to ensure project quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IMS.
• Participate in internal and external IMS audits, and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), checklists, method statements, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality records.
• Generate quality-related reports and dashboards for management review and client submission.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to QA/QC and IMS procedures.
• Assist in third-party and client audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
• Promote IMS awareness across departments and conduct training sessions on QA/QC and IMS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support team members and subcontractors in understanding and applying IMS-related requirements.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure quality and IMS requirements are integrated and followed.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendor teams to verify material compliance with specifications.
• Identify areas for improvement in QA/QC and IMS processes and participate in initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze trends to support quality and safety performance improvements.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or relevant field)
• Knowledge/Certification in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in construction / oil & gas / manufacturing.

Technical and other Skills:

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, ITPs, NCRs, and quality audits
• Familiarity with ISO standards and IMS frameworks
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and QA documentation software
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
