Identify and resolve any defects, issues, or deficiencies in the completed work.
Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors, and clients to address post-construction and warranty concerns.
Facilitate and supervise onsite repairs, replacements, or necessary actions within the warranty terms.
Ensure all post-construction work complies with industry regulations and safety standards.
Generate and submit post-construction and warranty completion reports to clients
Provide technical support and recommendations for improvements and maintenance.
Generate detailed reports on post-construction and warranty performance, highlighting quality trends and areas for improvement in future projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience specifically in post-construction, warranty management, quality control, inspections, or construction management.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Must be willing to work day or night shifts as needed.
Willing to travel outside metro manila as needed
