Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Python
Maintain high coding standards, perform code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
Contribute to the technical direction and success of projects, guiding and mentoring the team
Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for code, design, and implementation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working collaboratively with stakeholders
Architect scalable and resilient solutions utilizing AWS, Azure, or GCP
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes

Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 7+ years of backend development experience using Python
Proven ability to build scalable backend systems
Strong in architecture, design patterns, and CI/CD
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience in Agile development, and familiarity with low-latency coding is preferred
Have cloud certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure) are a plus.
Willing to relocate and work onsite in Bahrain.
