簡介
- Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain price quotes, negotiate contracts, and secure the best deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to assess purchasing needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
