- Assist in sourcing and purchasing products and materials
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Prepare purchase orders and manage inventory levels
- Collaborate with finance to manage budgets
- Analyze market trends to optimize purchasing decisions
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles in the Construction industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in marketing research, inventory management, and vendor management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and good time management.
