簡介
- Follow up on open Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery and updates
- Assist the Purchasing Team in requesting and collecting RFQs (Request for Quotations) from local suppliers, fabricators, and subcontractors
- Help in preparing POVs (Payment Order Vouchers) and Purchase Requisitions
- Maintain and update the local vendor database, including vendor accreditation and evaluation
- Assist in preparing and routing Bids/Canvass Sheets
- Support sourcing efforts for new vendors and suppliers
- Coordinate with end users for clarification on purchase requests
- Help arrange local freight and deliveries using the Lalamove app
- Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Lead, Officer, or Manager
- Willing to be deployed at Alabang Muntinlupa
職位要求
- Graduate of any Business, Supply Chain, or related course
- Experience in purchasing or administrative support is an advantage
- Familiar with procurement processes such as PO follow-ups, RFQ collection, and supplier coordination
- Knowledge in preparing purchasing documents (POVs, requisitions, bids/canvass sheets)
- Basic understanding of vendor accreditation and database maintenance
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office and logistics apps (e.g., Lalamove)
- Willing to assist with other purchasing-related duties as needed
- Willing to be deployed at Alabang Muntinlupa
