職位描述

  • Process all purchase requisitions received and transact for purchase order issuance
  • Request for quotations from possible suppliers and identify chosen vendors according to the purchasing policies and procedures
  • Can conduct market research for product and price trends
  • Can prepare cost analyses to help evaluate supplier offers and negotiate better terms
  • Maintain and update records on all purchasing information such as but not limited to pricing, order details, vendors, etc.
  • Develop a good vendor management relationship for smooth negotiation and transactions
  • Liaise with warehouse staff to monitor deliveries and orders and that products are received in good condition.
  • Handles office supplies ordering and inventory control
  • Promotes team collaboration in order to suggest purchasing policies, plans and procedures
  • Other duties that may be assigned and deemed necessary in the course of the company’s business

職位要求

- Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field

- At least one (1) year experience as a Purchasing Assistant or Officer or a similar role in the construction industry

- Good understanding of supply chain procedures

- Advance knowledge of MS Excel and other applications

- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Accurate and precise attention to details

- Able to make recommendations in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, has the capability to negotiate, establish and process contracts
