Roles And Responsibilities

Does (The tasks / responsibilities that the role performs to address requirements in Key Result Areas)

  • Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Creates and manages long-term goals.
  • Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.
  • Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Writes program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
  • Manages a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  • Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
  • Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure the achievement of project goals.
  • Meets with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyzes program risks.
  • Works on strategy with the marketing team.
  • Leads the management of strategic priority programs, working alongside cross-functional team members to ensure effective implementation and delivery.
  • Collaborates closely with leadership team members to ensure the successful delivery of priorities through rigorous program management.
  • Esures the alignment of the program with overall strategic objectives of the public sector unit and government partners.

  • Produces long-term plans, funding proposals, and program reports.
  • Ensures the delivery of services meets customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Identifies and mitigates program risks effectively.
  • Ensures alignment with strategic direction and organizational goals.
