Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Cagayan De Oro City. The Property Specialist will be responsible for handling communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, dealing with commercial and residential real estate properties, and driving sales within the company.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Real Estate license is a plus
