Job Summary


We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, team members, and senior leadership to ensure the successful execution of project goals. The successful candidate will also have involvement in pre-sales activities and in delivering consulting services to clients relating to projects and project management.


Key Responsibilities


1. Project Planning and Execution

o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

o Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

o Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


2. Stakeholder Management

o Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

o Communicate project expectations, updates, and progress to stakeholders.

o Manage stakeholder engagement and address concerns and feedback promptly.


3. Team Leadership

o Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.

o Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

o Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.


4. Risk Management

o Identify and manage project risks and issues.

o Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

o Monitor project risks and escalate issues as necessary.


5. Performance Monitoring

o Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

o Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

o Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.


6. Documentation and Reporting

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

o Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.

o Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field

• 3 years of experience in project management

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Clarizen, Planview, MS Project, Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification would be an advantage

• With experience handling IT software/solutions projects (retail or supply chain project)


Preferred Skills


• Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Industries

• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, Hybrid methodologies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Confident to present to C-level audiences


Work arrangements


Location: Makati City

Shift: 8 am - 6 pm

Set-up: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite), but for the 1st 4 months, the candidate is required to report on-site to transition into the role
