簡介
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work with the stakeholders in defining project targets, expectations, and commitments;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
- Work with Technical and Resource Managers to ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and report to Management;
- Provide incident management and support to the project team for the project's duration.
- Other related tasks are assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2-5 years of proven working experience in project management related to automation and/or software development and turn-key projects;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- Knowledge & experience in Project Execution Model (PEM) is a plus;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / Agile Project Management / Scrum certification is a plus;
- Proven leadership and motivation skills;
