簡介

  • Evaluate project specifications and requirements.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze historical data to develop pricing strategies.
  • Review bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and standards.
  • At least 1 year experience in Estimating aluminum and glass and other facade scope.
  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or Architecture or any related course.
  • Knowledgeable in glass and aluminum works.
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Sketch Up applications.
  • Know how to read shop drawings.
  • Can work in minimal supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel).
