Job Descriptions:

•Provides strategic direction for full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to risk mitigation and close-out, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery

•Ensures provision of baseline implementation schedule, resource loading, and cash flow to newly awarded projects

•Oversees project compliance to agreed parameters and metrics, ensuring that implementation strategy adheres with organizational and contractual standards

•Ensures overall profitability by overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, cash flow, billing of contract receivables, risk mitigation, and project performance

•Prepares strategic action plans to monitor and reduce project cost

•Oversees timely submission of billing and collections of all projects

Job Requirements:

•Graduate of a bachelor’s degree on any Engineering course; PRC Licensed Engineer

•At least ten to fifteen (10 -15) years’ work experience in the same field.

•Preferably with experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Business Project Management

•Preferably with Project Management Certification, Course or Training

•Proficient in using Microsoft Operation Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

•Proficient in using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
