We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our metal fabrication team. You will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and work closely with other departments to achieve project deadlines.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance of welders, fabricators, and operators.
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance for machine repairs and upkeep.
• Prepare daily production reports and track progress against targets.

• 1-3+ years of supervisory experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, bending, assembly).
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with workplace safety standards.
