  • BS degree in Engineering
  • With knowledgeable in Production machines
  • Proven work experience in process engineering
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Knowledge of process related standards
  • Experience in process simulations
  • Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
  • CAD or AutoCad skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work with foreign managers (can speak english)
  • Working experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Can lead a team with good communication skills
  • Willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Can perform tasks assigned by the production manager
  • Communicate/report production errors and progress regularly
  • Analytical skills for troubleshooting designs not working as planned, asking the right questions and finding answers that work
  • Ingenuity for using the broad concepts of chemical engineering and applying them to address specific production problems
  • Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships with other employees working with the production process
  • Math skills for using the principals of advanced math topics including troubleshooting their work, calculus for analysis and design
