Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machines during operation to detect issues and perform routine adjustments or repairs as needed.
Conduct basic preventive maintenance and inspections on machinery and tools.
Assist the maintenance team with equipment overhauls, installations, and troubleshooting.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area and follow 5S principles.
Ensure that quality standards and production targets are consistently met.
Document daily production output and maintenance activities accurately.
Comply with safety and health regulations at all times.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training sessions.

High school diploma or vocational certificate; technical training is a plus.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Solid experience in basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
Ability to read technical manuals and interpret mechanical/electrical diagrams is preferred.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
Flexible, reliable, and a good team player.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, or holidays, if needed.
