Develop and implement quality assurance processes and standards.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Create and maintain documentation for quality control procedures.
Train staff on quality assurance practices and tools.
Assist in the development and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), raw materials, and finished goods inventory to ensure alignment with production targets.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and components.
Identify and address potential delays, shortages, or bottlenecks in the production process.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and order status using ERP/MRP systems.
Generate reports on production performance, material usage, and delivery schedules for management review.
Support the implementation of production control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with demand forecasting and capacity planning to ensure efficient production flow.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in PEZA and BOC processes, ERP/MRP systems, and Quality Assurance methodologies.
Working Conditions: Office and manufacturing environment, potential exposure to safety hazards.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
