• Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and internal production targets
• Oversee material planning, inventory control, and work-in-progress (WIP) tracking
• Ensure coordination between departments including procurement, warehouse, engineering, quality, and manufacturing
• Monitor production status, address delays or material shortages, and take corrective actions
• Drive improvements in production planning efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain compliance with PEZA and BOC procedures
• Support warehouse operations and ensure effective inventory management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business or Engineering course
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar capacity
• Strong background in production planning
• Knowledge of PEZA and BOC processes
• Experience in warehouse management and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
