• Assist in the implementation and support of clinical applications within healthcare settings.
• Provide training and support to end-users on clinical software tools and systems.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to understand their needs and improve application functionality.
• Participate in testing and validation of new system releases and updates.
• Document user feedback and work with technical teams to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Radiologic Technology or any related or with Bio-Medical Background
• Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or IT support role.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to understand end-user needs and provide effective solutions.
