The Product Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving growth and market share for Healthspan Global's portfolio of brands. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our competitive position in the healthcare distribution market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for both new and existing products across our brand portfolio
  • Create and manage annual marketing plans, including budget allocation and ROI tracking
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions

Product Launch and Management

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments
  • Develop compelling value propositions and positioning for each product in our portfolio
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including strategy for mature products and end-of-life planning

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and materials
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for product specialists on new and existing products
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content, including product sheets, presentation decks, and competitive battle cards

Brand Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between Healthspan Global and our partner brands
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to leverage co-marketing opportunities

Content Creation and Management

  • Oversee the development of high-quality marketing content, including product descriptions, case studies, white papers, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms

Performance Tracking and Optimization

  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance and market trends to optimize marketing strategies
  • Provide monthly reports on marketing performance and ROI to senior management

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product strategies
  • Work closely with Head of Training to develop appropriate curriculum to allow our customers to master the usage of our products
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide marketing insights and recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a product marketing, brand management and/or training role in a medical, pharmaceutical or related organization
  • Experience in the medical field as a doctor, nurse or physician assistant is highly desired
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of medical products and devices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
