Qualifications:

• Graduate of Food Technology or any related course
• With strong planning and product/project management skills
• Has knowledge in sensory evaluation
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to travel and do field works
• Preferably with driving skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create Product Brief for New Product Development and Product Improvement for Chooks Dine-in
• Create and Monitor Gantt Chart per project for CTG, UR, Heihei, Chooks, and Chooks Express
• Conduct CM Analysis and Variance Analysis for new and existing products in close coordination with Finance
• Work closely with R&D in New Product Development and Product Improvement (product and procedural evaluations, target cost and CM monitoring)
• Conduct store check in CTG, UR, Heihei, Chooks, and Chooks Express stores
• Conduct Product Acceptability Performance for New Products and Product Improvements
