This position is responsible for auditing, updating, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of transactional and subscription price data in GCRM, price lists, price guides, pricing documentation for tactical deal pricing teams, and training documents. The position is also responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness in pricing information and policies with the LNNA organization.

Accountabilities:

• Daily review of pricing system reports
• Implementing and maintaining prices as per the pricing strategy set by the business unit
• Ensuring alignment of all pricing data across the different systems used by LNNA
• Creation and maintenance of price lists
• Troubleshooting and management of pricing data in GCRM and Product Master
• Identifying problem situations and questions inconsistencies in business processes and practices and proposing solutions where appropriate
• Perform routine and ad hoc analysis for pricing related matters as required
• Assist in resolving incorrect pricing in GCRM by coordinating to the segment team

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Business/Statistics or any related field
• Intermediate to Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP and XLOOKUP, IF/THEN statements, etc.)
• Working knowledge in Business Intelligence Application and relational databases. (SQL knowledge is a plus)
• Intermediate knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools
• Good communicator and strong presentation skills 
• Has 1-2 years commercial experience, preferably within pricing administration and/or data management
• Able to demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Comfortable working both within a team and independently
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
• Able to effectively collaborate and/or work independently; has strong stakeholder management skills
• Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and can provide sensible recommendation for improvement
• Willing to work night shift
