- Teaching: Guide children in developing their artistic and practical skills. Teach educational foundations like colors and numbers, and social skills.
- Safety: Ensure the safety of children while at school and during activities. Be familiar with safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Classroom management: Maintain a clean and tidy classroom. Select and present learning materials and activities.
- Collaboration: Work with other teachers and staff members on joint activities.
- Mediation: Act as a mediator during conflicts.
職位要求
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience and interest in working with children
- Knowledge of early childhood development practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well with young children
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to pass a background check
- Certification in First Aid and CPR
