• Perform configuration of Ruijie, Uniview, ZKTeco, and Genata equipment
• Conduct network diagnostics, device testing, and performance tuning
• Provide technical support to sales, partners, and clients
• Prepare documentation (as-built, config sheets, reports)
• Assist in POC demos and client training sessions

• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or field engineering roles.

Strong knowledge of:

• Ruijie/Reyee network devices (Access Points, Gateways, Switches)
• Uniview IP Cameras and NVRs
• ZKTeco time attendance and access control systems
• Genata PoE switches

Experience:

• Network configuration (VLANs, SSIDs, QoS, NAT, VPN, port forwarding)
• CCTV setup (IP planning, NVR recording setup, remote access)
• Access control configuration (door locks, user management, enrollment)
• Ability to read and understand network diagrams and floor layouts
• Hands-on experience with Ruijie Cloud, EZStation, ZKBioTime, or similar platforms

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation ability
• Able to work independently and with teams on field deployment
• Willing to travel for on-site projects and support
