- Accurately pick and pack orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or scanning systems.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing.
- Label and prepare items for shipment, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, handheld scanners) safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of picking and packing areas.
- Promptly report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily performance and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
職位要求
- High school grad
- Previous experience in a warehouse as picker
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.
