職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer software, strong discretion in handling sensitive information, excellent communication skills, and basic HR consulting knowledge.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, ensure accuracy, maintain employee records, handle inquiries, and support HR initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typically full-time hours with potential for overtime during payroll periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
