職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, MS Excel proficiency, compliance knowledge, and effective communication.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional overtime during payroll cycles.
  • Qualities and Traits: High discretion, leadership skills, detail-oriented, and ability to handle confidential information.
