Administer payment of associates and ensures that they are accurately paid on time.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Graduate of 4 year Accounting or Business courses or equivalent

Related Work Experience:

  • Graduate of 4 year Accounting or Business courses or equivalent
  • At least 2 year experience as Branch Cashier or Branch Head.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing, accounting, or human resources

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Formulas and Excel)
  • Comfortable to work under time pressure and can even extend working hours when necessary.
  • Adept in tallying of records and in preparing reports on a daily basis.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee payroll procedures, ensuring that Associates are appropriately and timely compensated.
  • Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, earnings, deductions, and accountabilities for each employees.
  • Responsible for the coordination between payroll and human resources and CFMD to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Participate in complex payroll support functions; calculate, review, verify and post a variety of complex payroll data.
