Inspection and assessment of project site to get measurements and other technical operational data from client
Monitoring of project implementation; ensures all standards and specifications are being followed in every site
Prepares, schedules, coordinates, and monitors work activities on the assigned projects
Ensures all safety protocols are being met at all sites
Secures all needed documentation (e.g., project notebook, as-built drawings, commencement letter, and other documents pertinent to the assigned project)
Maintains an active attitude towards project and client concerns to avoid or lessen delays that might affect company operations
Provides technical advice and suggestions for the improvement of particular projects
Acts as the company’s representative and interacts with the client; proper grooming must be met at all times

Graduate of Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
3 to 5 years’ experience
Amenable to start immediately
Effective oral and written communication skills
Great interpersonal skills
Strong-willed personality
Self-starter and can work independently
High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Willing to be assigned at Taguig office or amenable to be assigned at different sites

Know how to read designs
