Ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Provide legal advice to management and staff
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary
Assist in training employees on compliance matters

職位要求

Compliance Officer/Legal Officer
Qualification: Graduate of Legal Management or Law, underboard may apply but bar passers are preferred.
Experience in the field of Labor Relations, Employee Discipline, Corporate Law, Contracts, biddings and Compliance to government requirements and Data Privacy are needed.
Willing to travel to project sites, can relate with government agencies. Has good background on audit.
Salary Range : 30k-40k depending on qualification
Location: Manila Office but may need to travel to project sites for compliance check and audit
Work Schedule : Mondays to Saturdays 8am to 5pm
