Develop and execute sound strategies on market prospecting and penetration, competitor positioning, broadening of client base and promotion of products and services of the company.
Develop and manage business relationships with client accounts for purposes of client service satisfaction and retention.
Develop and manage business relationships with key suppliers, enabling negotiation of favorable terms and achieving mutually beneficial goals.
Lead and coach team members on identifying new sales opportunities, developing winning proposals/bids and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Bachelor degree
Relevant work experience of at least 10 years in the travel industry.
Working knowledge of flight reservation systems, hotel reservations and online booking tools.
Possesses a wide network of contacts in the travel industry including competitor agencies, travel suppliers and service providers.
Strong communication skills on verbal and non-verbal communication such as speaking, listening, writing and understanding body language.
People management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong work ethic, a dedication to the morals of hard work, responsibility and integrity in the workplace.
