Growing the Broker Network and providing Sales Support
- Promote Cathay Land projects by conducting regular recruitment activities for new and active Real Estate Brokers.
- Facilitate the accreditation of licensed real estate brokers.
- Conduct project briefing, training, and site orientation to all interested brokers, sellers and their marketing partners.
- Maintains an accurate and active database of broker organizations.
- Assists Brokers in their queries about the projects, units such as availability, price updates as well as in presenting the projects to clients (and/or when needed).
- Double checks all submitted sales documents of the Brokers and forwards it to the Sales Support section.
- Ensure that individual sales quotas are achieved with a minimal cancellation rate (P10M with less than 10% cancellation rate).
- Do work duties onsite specifically for online sales strategies, PKS, and other seminars for real estate brokers.
Broker Network Engagement
- Participate in events and network-building activities of various broker groups and associations while promoting project awareness
- Conduct regular visits to realties and offices of various brokerage firms
Other Tasks
- Prepare and send reports to upper sales management.
- Daily coordination with fellow Broker Network Coordinator/s for task and work schedule alignment.
- Attend sales generating events and other engagement programs initiated by the Company.
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from any four-year course.
- Have at least 1 year background in broker management
- Comfortable communicating in English and Tagalog.
- Willing to work in Silang, Cavite
- Willing to work on weekends (Sat & Sun) and holidays with one rest day on weekdays.
- Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
