- Review and evaluate recruiter-candidate calls to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Monitor coaching logs and assess adherence to performance guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to enhance recruiter performance.
– Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of QA experience
– Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
