About the Role:

As our HR Organizational Development Manager, you will take the lead in designing and implementing strategic OD initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR leaders and business units to support the development of a strong, values-driven culture aligned with Generika’s mission.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and rollout of OD strategies, including change management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive culture transformation programs in line with Generika’s values and growth goals.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and recommend improvement plans using data and insights.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building interventions.
  • Partner with business leaders to support change readiness and team effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD initiatives and continuously refine approaches for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or certification in OD or related discipline is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Strategic HR.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing large-scale change or talent initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a retail, pharmaceutical, or healthcare setting is a plus.
