Job Title: Organizational Development (OD) Manager
The Organizational Development (OD) Manager is key in enhancing organizational effectiveness through strategic initiatives that support culture, capability building, and change management. This role partners closely with HR, leadership teams, and various departments to develop and implement legacy people programs that improve Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Retention Strategies, Career Management, and overall organizational health.
What you’ll do:
Organizational Development & Change Initiatives
- Design, implement, and evaluate OD strategies that support business objectives.
- Support change management efforts by providing leaders and teams with tools, frameworks, and coaching.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics (e.g., culture audits and engagement surveys) and provide actionable insights.
Learning & Development
- Collaborate on creating and delivering learning programs focused on leadership, team development, and skill-building.
- Support the development and execution of competency models and career frameworks.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and OD initiatives through metrics and feedback.
Performance Management & Talent Development
- Assist in refining and facilitating performance management processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Partner with HR to support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
Recruitment
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for Leadership roles
- Partner with Senior Management to understand talent needs.
- Source, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Help design and drive initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Analyze engagement data and work with stakeholders to address gaps and opportunities.
- Serves as a culture ambassador, reinforcing values through programs and communication.
Data, Research, & Analysis
- Conduct needs assessments, surveys, focus groups, and interviews to inform OD strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in OD Leadership and Learning & Development.
- Solid understanding of OD concepts, models, and best practices (e.g., change management, team dynamics, systems thinking).
- Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, training manual creation, and training sessions.
- Proven experience in Executive or Managerial recruitment.
- Strong network and ability to engage with top schools and professionals.
- Expertise in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical, expert in communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence without authority.
