We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to help keep our business running smoothly. In this role, you’ll handle administrative tasks, coordinate across departments, manage reports, and support process improvements. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organized, we want to hear from you!


  • Monitor and audit store inventory and supplies; coordinate orders and deliveries.
  • Manage team schedules and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare and review reports, including daily sales, transactions, and balances.
  • Assist with onboarding and training activities.
  • Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools.
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Willing to undergo in-store training and conduct site visits.
