The Owner Relations Assistant serves as a key liaison between property management and unit owners, ensuring seamless communication, timely updates, and the efficient handling of documentation and owner-related concerns. This role supports the relations team’s daily operations by managing notifications, coordinating maintenance and inspections, and ensuring proper documentation in compliance with company standards.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
-Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
-Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
-Proficient in email correspondence, MS Office applications, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic document processing systems
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
