Customer Service:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Order Fulfillment:

  • Process service requests, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with technicians.
  • Track service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage customer warranties and service contracts.


Customer Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and logs.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their service requests.
