Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
Maintaining files
Welcoming visitors to your office
Answering phone calls
Taking and delivering messages
Ensuring the office runs smoothly
Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, team player, inventory management, adherence to quality standards, and knowledge in operations management and process improvement.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in production scheduling, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure quality control, and contribute to process enhancements.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced production environment, standing for extended periods, and possible exposure to machinery.
Qualities and Traits: Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Willing to be assigned in San Juan, Manila
