Job description :

• Application packaging Experience range – 7- 10 years.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support and ITIL process management
• Troubleshooting the packages in case of failure
• Maintaining high quality deliverables
• Scripting experience VBScript and PowerShell
• Provide second level support on packages, deployment, and windows update issues
• Engage with project teams as needed to provide packaging and deployment support.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Operating systems (strong understanding of Windows), Mobile Devices, Networking, VLAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Scripting Proficiency like PowerShell and BAT.
• Familiarity with MSI installers, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and other proprietary tools like Flexera.
• Active Directory, Networking Diagnostic Commands, Incident Management Tools, ITSM processes and tools, Analytical Abilities.
• Create and deploy software packages, such as knowledge of MSI installers, SCCM, and PowerShell scripting.
