Ensure proper product placement, facing, pricing, and labeling in accordance with company merchandising standards.
Execute in-store promotions, product displays, and signage to drive sales and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and promotional offers.
Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Coordinate with the sales team for order placement and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate inventory and sales records; prepare and submit reports as required.
Handle minor product issues or customer inquiries professionally.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

High school diploma or college level preferred.
Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales, especially in food, is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems or reporting tools is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to carry and arrange product displays as needed.
