Medical Coder – Healthcare
Locations: Metro Manila (Quezon City, Alabang, Makati, Taguig), Davao, and Cebu
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Training: Onsite 3x/week, then 3x/month after transition
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses, treatments, and procedures based on documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and other applicable coding guidelines.
- Maintain coding accuracy to support claims processing and billing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Package: ₱25,000 – ₱28,000 + ₱3,600 Allowances

Qualifications
- Active CPC / CPC-A license (AAPC or AHIMA) or any coding certification – required
- Open to non-medical allied graduates with coding certification
- College undergraduates accepted as long as they are AAPC/AHIMA Licensed
- With or without prior coding experience
