Run monthly stocks simulation (in excel format) for all assigned brands as reference on the identification of new orders or needed transfers from and to other regions in the Philippines
Analyze sales offtakes versus sales forecasts to come up with a realistic monthly demand to be used in the identification of needed new orders.
Prepare weekly stocks outlook for weekly stocks alignment with Supply Planning Team to monitor inventory stocking level of assigned brands to ensure sufficient stocks based on identified Target Inventory Levels (TIL) on a weekly basis.
Track progress of stock transfer requests by coordinating with designated Inventory and Logistics personnel.
Closely coordinate with Purchasers and Importation Team for timely updates on the progress of placed orders.
Prepare & present stock outlook reports for the monthly Sales & Operations Planning
Perform other tasks as requested by his/her immediate heads

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any business related course
At least 1 year proven experience in supply planning
Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, coordination and time management skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office application or related software.
